We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. “The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

 

Refund Policy

A refund on services purchased will be issued within three days upon the refund being agreed upon between the client and attorney. If no work has been conducted on the case, a full refund will be issued, however, If the attorney has conducted or completed any work on behalf of the client, the client will not receive a full refund. A refund will be issued minus an hourly rate of the attorney or an agreed amount between the attorney and client.

The refund will be returned to the electronic payment method used if purchased through the website or by check.

Right to Change Offering


We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
